1. How can I track my order?
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our West Yorkshire headquarters, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier’s website.
2. Do you ship internationally, and will I have to pay customs fees?
Yes, we proudly ship worldwide. Please note that for international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential additional charges.
3. What is your return policy for intimate apparel?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel, including lingerie, swimwear, and bodysuits. All other garments can be returned within 30 days, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
4. How do I know which size to choose?
We provide a comprehensive Size Guide on each product page. Because we focus on tailored and vintage-inspired fits, we highly recommend taking your measurements and comparing them to our chart. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We also offer flexible installment options through Klarna and Clearpay for eligible customers.
6. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return parcel reaches our returns department, please allow 3 to 5 business days for inspection. After approval, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at mailto:payment@margaret.net immediately. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
8. Are your materials sustainable?

9. I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
